Alternative Cooperative Education (ACE)
The Alternative Cooperative Education program (ACE) at Fort Collins High School provides work experiences, classroom instruction, and vocational transition planning for students who may have barriers to employment. These classes include on-site hands-on work opportunities at Clyde’s Closet, Clydeccino’s, the school cafeteria, and other individualized work experiences. ACE Internships that allow for exploration in a student’s career area of interest are offered to upper classmen on-site and in the community.
Clydeccino's is a student-run coffee shop and cart that proudly sells Café Richesse brand drip coffee, espresso, and lattes. We also offer hot chocolate, a variety of tea flavors, and an assortment of snack goods. We are open during 1st, 2nd, and 3rd periods daily.
“Cash for your clutter!” Clyde’s Closet can sell your new or nearly new unbreakable items on a consignment or donation basis (must meet the PSD Code of Conduct standards). If you have merchandise you would like to consign, please contact Greg Brigham or Patty Daniels at (970)488-8115 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com . Our staff will contact you and take charge of the rest. If you would like to donate goods (not for consignment), Clyde’s Closet has a large purple donation box (thanks to Jayson Robinson and his Tech-Ed classes) that is located just inside the main FCHS entrance. When your “clutter” sells, we all win.
