The following are a list of activities and dates for pre-season lacrosse. These activities are highly recommended to anyone interested in coming out for lacrosse this Spring and would be extremely beneficial to those players who have never played lacrosse and wish to. This is also a very important time for those returning players to improve their stick skills, and is expected. 

Equipment needed:
Lacrosse stick, Eye-wear, mouth guard, athletic shoes(for inside), cleats(for outside), water bottle, appropriate layers for winter play outside


Pre-season stick skills, conditioning and small games:
When: Every Wednesday from 5:30-7:00 pm, 1/10-2/14
Where: Rocky Mountain High School Small Gym
Who: Anyone who would like to try lacrosse who has never played or who has played, beginner up to advanced, highschool aged
Cost: Free
Equipment will be available to borrow for those who have never played and would like to try (must bring your own mouthguard)

Pre-season conditioning, agility and strength training:
When: Every Tuesday or Tuesday and Thursday (Depends on package you purchase) 1/16-2/20 4:30-5:30pm
Where: Manic Training Gym
Who: Any prospective girls lacrosse player in high school

Pre-season Skills and Conditioning Camp:
When: February 21-23, 4:00-6:00pm
Where: Rocky Mountain High School Lacrosse Field
Who: Anyone interested in trying out for season for the high school team
Cost: Free
When: February 26-28, 4-6pm
Where: Rocky Mountain High School Girls Lacrosse Field
Who: Any player wanting to participate in girls lacrosse this season. There are no cuts, it is just to determine junior varsity and varsity
Cost: Free

Official Practice: Begins March 1st 4-6pm at Rocky Mountain High School (Will be M-F 4-6pm every day after this)
Player/parent meeting at Rocky--March 5 at 6pm
Meet in auditorium and break off into parent/player meeting afterward
