Official transcripts are $3 each, payable through SchoolPay or the FCHS Bookkeeper. Unofficial transcripts are available at no charge. One $3 fee will cover all your Common Application schools.

The FCHS Transcript Request Form starts the application support process. Please return it to Eileen Hostetter in the College & Career Center.
