Peer Counseling

The Peer Counselors have a long history of helping our school and community. It is proud to be one of the first programs in the state. The peer counselors have an office on the second floor of gold hall with a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Peer counselors are trained in empathetic listening skills.  They are a resource and support for various high school issues such as family issues, social and emotional concerns, drug and alcohol abuse, health issues, relationships, and conflict resolution.

Many of the peer counselors are also excellent academic tutors. A tutoring schedule is distributed to all the faculty at the beginning of each semester. The peers are goodwill ambassadors whom provide Peer to Peer support for Fort Collins High School students and also give terrific school tours.

Stop by their office and check out the friendliest place at Fort Collins High School!
