FCHS Graduates: Please order transcripts through the PSD Records online portal

Official transcripts are $3 each, payable through SchoolPay or the FCHS Bookkeeper. Unofficial transcripts are available at no charge. One $3 fee will cover all your Common Application schools.

The FCHS Transcript Request Form starts the application support process. Please return it to the College & Career Center.

Be sure to take advantage of the chance to visit with admissions counselors from schools all over the country! Students may be excused from class to meet with the reps, but should check with their teachers first.
