Born and raised in Fort Collins, I attended Barton Elementary, Boltz Junior High and of course Fort Collins High School (once a Lambkin, always a Lambkin)! After high school I attended the University of Northern Colorado (go Bears) and received my bachelors degree in Social Sciences. After starting our family and being a stay-at-home mom for many years, I began working at FCHS and returned to school where I earned my Masters in Education in school counseling from Colorado State University (go Rammies)! I love being a part of the Lambkin community and passing along the traditions that FCHS is built on and takes pride in.
During the summer, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and two terrific children on our boat where we all like to wake-surf and wakeboard. I also like to camp and watch my son play baseball. I enjoy golfing and admit that I am terrible at it! I also try to take in as many Rockies games as I can. The winter brings fun times in the snow where I love skiing and like snowboarding (definitely dislike the sore muscles and bruises after snowboarding)! I take pleasure in watching my daughter cheer competitively and watching my son play ice-hockey. I love playing roller hockey and have a blast on the rink (maybe someday I will get brave enough to play ice-hockey)! I love to travel and look forward to new releases from Jodi Picoult, James Patterson and David Baldacci.
