DIVING
- If you're a diver, please check in with Coach Richmond. You can reach him at lrichmond@psdschools.org. Coach Luke is the district Dive Coach and will be in charge of everything dive related. Including- preseason, practice times, meets, lineups, goal setting meetings, invite schedule, etc
Swim PRACTICE-
Pre-Season Practice-
Will begin 11/10
We will practice 11/10, 11/11, 11/12, 11/13, (that's M-Th)
Be ready to go at 4:30pm for a little dryland intro- 4:45-5:45pm in the water.
Bring a suit, cap, and goggles.
Keep in mind that the majority of practice will be in the deep end
Regular Season Practice-
Regular season starts 11/17
- Our first practice is 11/17 at 5:15am-7:00am
Mondays- Alternating AM and PM time slots
Tuesdays- 4:30 pm-6:15 pm
Wednesdays- 4:30 pm- 6:15 pm
Thursdays- 5:15 am- 7:00 am
Fridays- 5:15 am- 7:00 am
