Registration Steps
Registration/Orange Card distribution for 2026-2027 Sports Season will be announced at a later date as our registration process will be changing.

| 1. Sports Physical Form click here TBA (print, fill out and must be signed and dated by your doctor) |
If you have not been placed by the PSD Athletic Office yet, contact Lori Willadsen (District Athletic Secretary) 970-490-3332 to complete this process. |
| 2. PSD Athletic Online Registration Our registration process will be changing this summer. We will keep you posted when it changes. The new registration platform will not go live until after July 21st, 2026. An email will go out from the athletic office when it goes live | 1. | 4. Pay the Athletic Fee on SchoolPay -Every athlete must pay the fee to tryout, if they don't make the team, the fee will be refunded -Each sport, every season will have it's own fee |
3. Pay the Athletic Fee Pay by Card to the bookkeeper when coming to pick-up your orange card. (Each sport, every season will have it's own fee) |
| 5. Once you have completed the online registration you must bring in the following to the Athletic Secretary i. Completed sports physical signed by a Doctor ii. Completed athletic information page iii. Proof of payment. You will then receive your Orange Card. |

Please note: Cheerleading Tryouts took place in April. Dance Tryouts are TBD. Ice Hockey Tryouts are in November.
