Career Center Coordinator | Head Girls Basketball Coach

Carson Huelle serves as the Career Center Coordinator and Head Girls Basketball Coach at Fort Collins High School. A proud Fort Collins High School alumnus, Carson returned to his alma mater with a passion for helping students discover opportunities, develop confidence, and prepare for success beyond high school.

As Career Center Coordinator, Carson works to connect students with college, career, workforce, and other postsecondary opportunities. He collaborates with counselors, teachers, community partners, businesses, colleges, and career and technical education programs to help students explore their interests and identify pathways that align with their goals. He is especially passionate about making career and college resources accessible and engaging for all students.

Carson is also the Head Coach of the Fort Collins High School Girls Basketball program. Before returning to Fort Collins, Carson coached college basketball at Augsburg University, Lawrence University, and William Jewell College. His experiences in college athletics, recruiting, student development, and education have shaped his commitment to building meaningful relationships and helping young people reach their potential.

Carson earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Augsburg University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA. He also competed in college basketball after playing at Fort Collins High School.

Whether working with students in the Career Center or athletes on the basketball court, Carson’s goal is to create an environment where young people feel supported, challenged, and prepared to take their next step.
