Welcome Ice Hockey Families,
All student athletes that are trying out for the PSD Stars Ice Hockey team must have a current sports physical (no exceptions) and have all registration completed before tryouts.
Registration for winter sports will open for student Athletes on Monday, October 20th. For Winter 2025. Orange Card Distribution at FCHS will start Monday, October 27th. Please check with your PSD School to see when they will be doing Orange Card distribution.
- If your student athlete attends a PSD School they must do their registration through their school and go to their school to obtain their Orange Cards (Permission to Practice).
- If your student athlete attends any other NON PSD school they must do their registration through the school they are "placed" at.
- If you have been placed at a school in a previous year, you do not have to get re placed unless you have moved.
- To get "placed" You will have to contact Lori Willasden 970-490-3332 or email lwilladsen@psdschools.org
- After registration is complete, the the student athletes will bring their Orange Card to the first tryout date. This verifies that that they have completed all registration requirements. They will not be able to try out without an Orange Card.

Registration Steps: please note, if you are a PSD Student that attends or are placed at Fossil, Poudre, Rocky, Timnath or Wellington, you must go through that school for registration, school contacts above.

| 4. Pay the Athletic Fee on SchoolPay OR you can bring in Cash, Check or Card to the bookkeeper when coming to pick-up your orange card.. -Every athlete must pay the fee to tryout, if they don't make the team, the fee will be refunded -Each sport, every season will have it's own fee |

| 5. Once you have completed the online registration you must bring in the following to the Athletic Secretary i. Completed sports physical signed by a Doctor ii. Completed athletic information page iii. Proof of payment. You will then receive your Orange Card. |
