Art

The FCHS Art Department provides students with a wide range of opportunities to develop artistic skills while engaging in creative expression through visual means. Our curriculum allows students to explore the rich cultural history of art, create artwork as a means of personal expression and ultimately expand visual perception skills to develop a greater understanding of the world in which we live.

Our student artists are consistently recognized for their excellence in district art exhibitions, citywide art shows and at the state and national level by the prestigious Scholastics Art & Writing Awards.
