FCHS SOFTBALL
Summer workouts will run Monday and Wednesday from 9:30-10:30, starting July 6th.
We will primarily focus on strength training and conditioning to start, while adding in some fieldwork as we progress throughout the summer.
Please meet in the weight room. Access to the weight room is on the north side near the sand volleyball courts. Please bring the following items: tennis shoes, comfortable/appropriate clothing to lift and run, your glove, and a water bottle.
