Mr. Hedding has been a music educator in Colorado public schools since 2008, having taught everything from Kindergarten to a State Championship Marching Band. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Music degree from the University of Florida. An avid composer, his compositions and arrangements have performed across the country by high schools, collegiate bands, and military concert bands, jazz bands, and marching bands. 

He is a proud member of the Colorado Bandmasters Association, the Colorado Music Educators Association where he currently serves as the Technology Chair, and has been inducted into the American School Band Director Association as well Phi Beta Mu, the International Bandmasters' Fraternity. Lastly, he is a proud veteran having retired from the Army National Guard in 2018.
