About Me

Schedule a Time for Us to Meet

My role at Fort Collins High School is to support students as they navigate critical educational, personal, and social milestones. I focus on a strengths-centered approach to supporting kids to develop strategies for success. This includes topics are related to academic planning, personal wellness, stress management, and developing healthy coping strategies as they navigate their futures.

My role this year at Collins is to provide caseload support to our 9th grade students (last name 'S-Z') and/or students enrolled in the Honors Academy coursework. I support students in areas related to course selection, schedule planning, regulation strategies, and referrals to resources. I also support students through select classroom guidance topics.

This my second year at Collins. I joined the district last year, and first served as one of the Drug and Alcohol Counselors in the district through the support of the Colorado School Health Professional Grant.

My personal hobbies include cooking, gardening, swimming, biking, and spending time with my family in the outdoors!

Professional & Education Background:

While earing my graduate degree, I worked at Colorado State University supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds as they navigated their academic and career planning. Since earing my degree in Counseling I have held various positions in higher education and within the Fort Collins community, including supporting Veteran students at Front Range Community College and students at Colorado State University pursuing career and academic goals within STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) areas. I joined the Lambkin family in Fall 2021 and I am excited to support students and share my knowledge as they work towards defining their future goals.
