Girls Basketball Tryouts 

2026-27 Girls Basketball Tryouts.

November 16, 17 & 18, 2026
Time: 6:20–8:20 PM
Location: Fort Collins High School Gymnasium

All student-athletes interested in playing girls basketball at Fort Collins High School must attend tryouts all three days of tryouts to be considered for the team. 

Register for Athletics

All athletes must complete the required FCHS athletic registration. You must bring the Orange Card to Coach Huelle by the first official day of practice; without it you will not be able to participate.

Communication 

BAND is the primary form of communication.

BAND is the primary communication platform for the FCHS Girls Basketball program. Players and parents should join the appropriate group to receive program announcements, schedules, reminders, and updates. Coaches do not communicate via text or phone call during the season.

Communication Reminder: Please follow the 24-hour rule before contacting a coach about concerns following a practice or competition, and never confront a coach immediately afterward. Allow athletes to communicate with their coach first whenever appropriate, and keep all communication respectful, productive, and focused on what is best for the student-athlete.
