My role at Fort Collins High School is to support students as they develop strategies for success. This includes topics related to personal wellness, stress management, and developing healthy coping strategies as they navigate their futures. I serve as one of the Drug and Alcohol Counselors in the district through the support of the Colorado School Health Professional Grant. Schedule a Time for Us to Meet
My personal hobbies include cooking, gardening, swimming, biking, and spending time with my family in the outdoors!
Professional & Education Background:
While earing my graduate degree, I worked at Colorado State University supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds as they navigated their academic and career planning. Since earing my degree in Counseling I have held various positions in higher education and within the Fort Collins community, including supporting Veteran students at Front Range Community College and students at Colorado State University pursuing career and academic goals within STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) areas. Fall 2021 will be my first year serving as a school counselor in Poudre School District and I am excited to support Lambkin students and share my knowledge as they work towards defining their future goals.
