Pickup your checkout sheet in your 1st period class on Friday, May 12 or if you do not have a 1st period class, from the Front Office.
You must complete the PSD graduation survey in Xello before turning in your laptop. Please add your personal email to Xello to continue accessing your career and college planning materials.
Return all items you have checked out before the assembly on May 17 to pick up your cap and gown. If you know you have missing items, please pay for them through Schoolpay https://psdschools.schoolpay.com/ or at the Bookkeeper's window in the spine. All items need to be cleared before cap and gown can be picked up.

FCH STUDENT DEVICES AND PASSWORD INFORMATION
- All current secondary students in grades 6 – 12 will now have the same password policy found on the Community Tech Portal (techportal.psdschools.org) and will be prompted to reset their password beginning on May 4th.
- All students participating in online or in-person PSD programs (secondary summer school, high dosage tutoring, etc.) will turn in their current FCH device and receive a new device.
- Students not engaged in summer PSD programs are expected to check in their FCH devices prior to the end of the school year, after Finals are over.

- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. Must maintain to retain membership
- Commitment to scholarship, leadership, character, and service
- Must be a Junior or Senior during the 2023 - 2024 School Year
Thank you for your interest in applying for membership of the National Honor Society. We are excited to have outstanding students applying to the NHS and wish you the best in the application process. Please take your time on this application and read everything thoroughly.
Also, please understand that the National Honor Society is a community service organization, and every member is required to complete a certain number of community service hours through NHS each school year. Members are also required to attend monthly meetings. Failure to do either of the above will result in the rescinding of your NHS membership.
