Apoyando la salud física y mental de los niños
Los Centros de Salud y Bienestar brindan atención médica y de salud mental de alta calidad a los niños de PSD. Operados por Every Child Pediatrics, estamos ABIERTOS TODO EL AÑO en la escuela secundaria Lincoln y Centennial.
¡Ahora y a principios del verano son momentos excelentes para realizar el examen físico anual de su hijo/a! Llame al 970.488.4900.
No se requieren copagos ni deducibles. Aceptamos la mayoría de los seguros médicos comerciales, incluyendo Medicaid/CHP+. Ofrecemos pago por servicio y una escala móvil de tarifas con grandes descuentos para familias que califican. Ningún estudiante inscrito en nuestros centros es rechazado por no poder pagar los servicios que se brindan en nuestros centros.
Los servicios incluyen:
- Atención médica primaria completa
- Exámenes anuales de bienestar infantil/exámenes físicos deportivos
- Vacunas y evaluaciones de salud
- Diagnóstico y tratamiento para resfriados/gripe, infecciones, esguinces, heridas, erupciones cutáneas y asma
- Análisis de laboratorio en el centro
- Recetas médicas, etc.

- Consejería para problemas de salud mental
- Desarrollo de habilidades y resiliencia
- Evaluaciones y tratamiento validados para depresión, ansiedad, abuso de sustancias y más

Supporting Kid’s Physical & Mental Health
The Health and Wellness Centers provide high quality, medical and mental health care to PSD kids! Operated by Every Child Pediatrics, we are OPEN YEAR-ROUND inside Lincoln Middle and Centennial High Schools.
NOW and early summer are GREAT times to get your student’s annual physical ~ call 970.488.4900!
No co-pays/deductibles required. We accept most commercial insurances, including Medicaid/CHP+. We offer fee-for-service and a deeply discounted sliding-fee-scale for qualifying families. No student enrolled for our care is ever turned away for an inability to pay for services provided at the Centers.
Services include -
- Full primary medical care
- Annual well-child exams/sports physicals
- Immunizations and health screenings
- Diagnosis/treatment for colds/flu, infections, sprains, wounds, rashes, asthma
- In-house lab tests
- Prescriptions, etc.
- Mental health services
- Counseling for mental health issues
- Skill development and resiliency building
- validated screenings and treatment for depression, anxiety, substance use and more…

All You Need to Know about the 2025 Junior-Senior Prom
Where and When:
- Prom will be at Canvas Stadium on the CSU campus on Saturday, April 26 from 8 pm to 11 pm.
- Students will enter the stadium through the Premium Entrance on the west side of the building.
- Parking is available in the lot off Pitkin to the west of the stadium.
Tickets:
- Tickets are $40 per person.
- Students must purchase their tickets in advance. Tickets CANNOT be purchased at the door.
- Purchasing Tickets:
- Tickets go on sale on Monday, April 7 online or from the bookkeeper.
- Tickets may be purchased through SchoolPay online. SchoolPay charges a small fee. SchoolPay Prom Ticket Link
- Tickets may also be purchased from the bookkeeper, Ms. Delap.
- Tickets will be available for purchase during lunch on April 21-25 outside the main office.
- Tickets will be on sale until 3:30 pm on Friday, April 25.
What Do I Need to Bring to Enter the Dance?
- Students will provide their school ID number to enter the dance.
- FCHS students and their guests must have their school ID or driver’s license to be admitted to the dance.
- Students do not need to bring the invitation they receive when buying tickets to the dance. It is a keepsake.
- Bought your ticket online, but would like a keepsake invitation? See Mrs. Garrett in P205 or Ms. Smith in P209.
- Students may bring a small purse or bag. All bags will be searched.
- Students may NOT bring water bottles. Water and punch are provided.
Guests
- Each FCHS student may bring only one guest.
- Guests from another high school need to bring their school ID.
- Guests who have already graduated from high school need to bring their government ID.
- No guests 21 or older will be admitted to the dance.
