Fort Collins High School will be hosting our second semester academic conferences on February 5, 2026 from 4:30 – 7:00 PM. These Virtual conferences will be held on Microsoft Teams and signups with happen through Microsoft Bookings. Teams and Bookings are part of the Microsoft 365 applications and work together seamlessly.

In preparation for conferences, we encourage you to check on your student’s grades and attendance using the district’s ParentVUE portal. If you are not familiar with ParentVUE, you can find more information here: https://www.psdschools.org/ParentVUE

As conferences are intended to be short meetings with your child’s teacher(s) it may be difficult to see all of their teachers in one evening. Please prioritize the teachers you wish to speak with most.

Signing up for a conference is a simple four step process:

  1. Sign up here
  2. Conferences appointments are sorted by departments – Click “see more services” to see all departments, select the appropriate department, then scroll down and select your student’s teacher - NOT optional even though Bookings says it is.
    1. If you require an interpreter, please request one by contacting our family liaisons, Blanca (bmael@psdschools.org) or Belen (mradtke@psdschools.org).  We will try to have interpreters available for all requests.
  3. Select the time you wish to conference
  4. Add your details in the fields provided

We look forward to seeing you virtually!
